As a switching company in Indonesia, Artajasa provides customers with systems and infrastructure for payment transactions. Established on February 10, 2000, Artajasa develops payment transaction products and services that are highly flexible and can be applied across all levels of business units, from upstream to downstream activities, and accessed globally in real time. In addition, Artajasa ensures a high level of security, integrity, and monitoring for all types of transactions it operates.

In supporting corporate governance and fostering a conducive business climate, Artajasa has established an efficient and effective supervisory system that involves all levels in its oversight function, commonly known as the Whistleblowing System. Artajasa believes that this system enhances individual compliance with existing regulations and promotes the growth of a strong ethical culture in both internal and external activities.

2000

ARTAJASA was established on February 10th.

Became the first non-bank institution to have an RTGS account at Bank Indonesia.

Online Payment services were extended to the Multi-Finance industry.

Pioneered the innovation of real-time interbank online transfer services through ATMs.

Implementation of Regional ATM Interconnection with MEPS, Malaysia.

Implementation of Online Settlement service for Payment Gateway.

Initiated the Asian Payment Network (APN) and launched BPDnet Online for the Regional Development Bank community.

Pioneer of debit card and ATM chip manufacturing. Launched e-channel and implementation of white label ATM services.

Received an award for participation in the standardization of debit and ATM card chip specifications in Indonesia.

Opened remittance service network in Hong Kong and Malaysia.

Building electronic money (e-money) infrastructure to expand services in the payment system industry.

ISO 27001: 2005 Certification from Bureau Veritas for security systems and obtained an electronic money license (e-money) from Bank Indonesia.

Obtained Debit Card Acquiring license from Bank Indonesia, and operated interconnection fund transfer services between principals.

ARTAJASA head office was officially established and successfully implemented transfer for payment for Garuda Indonesia.

Implemented HIMBARA (Association of State Banks) ATM solution.

Implementation of Funds Transfer, E-Commerce Payment Service Solution as well as developing NSICCS.

Obtained license from Bank Indonesia as a Switching Institution in the National Payment Gateway (NPG). Implemented Bersama Debit service and obtained ISO 9001 certificate.
